Our customers are the heart of iTAN, so we make sure to provide them with the very best customer service. Not only do we greet each guest that walks in the door but more importantly, build a professional relationship with our members to make them feel as welcome and as comfortable as possible. Education

At iTAN, it is critical that our salon consultants have an expert understanding of all things Sun, Spray and Spa so we can in turn properly educate clients. Our consultants know everything from how often different services should be utilized to product ingredients and benefits. We understand there may be plenty of questions that come up, especially for first time customers, so we’re always readily available to help. 

Building Personalized Regimens

Each individual has unique goals when it comes to achieving beauty, so we offer  personalized product and service regimens. Whether you want to come in to achieve a beautiful, instant tan or simply to de-stress after work, we can help you build a self-care routine to help meet your personal goals.

Cleaning

We take cleaning and sanitizing all of our equipment really, really seriously. We even clean our equipment not once, but twice! We prioritize hygiene and cleanliness in order for our clients to have the best experience possible.
