I had an amazing expirence today at iTAN. Keira welcomed me with a pretty smile and showed me exactly what to do. It was my first time so i was confused about tanning but she cleared up all of my confusion. She made my expirence a good one, and I will definitely be back. It’s good to recognize employees that do a good job.

After having memberships at tanning salons across the country, I have to say that not only this particular company but this particular salon is a standout among all the rest. I haven’t left since I started. Not even through the pandemic.I was able to freeze my membership and still remain at my locked in price, even when there was a momentary price hike once restrictions lifted.Abby, Gianna and all of the other ladies have been so accommodating and friendly throughout my 5+ (wow that long already?!) years of being a member here. Truly great staff that take their jobs seriously and are happy to do so.As far as the services they offer, I have the sun/spray/spa monthly package which means access to everything, and let me tell you…. It is all amazing!I can say confidently that there is not another tanning salon out there that I’m aware of that can compete with the service nor the price of iTan in Lake Forest.One other really neat thing about this location is that they don’t just reserve special promotions for new clients. Just recently they held an exclusive member appreciation event. There were refreshments, coupon giveaways (real coupons like 40% products etc.), samples and even a raffle!I was so shocked when I came out of my room to say goodbye and Abby was beaming and so happy to tell me that I won the raffle.A brand new, full size bottle of tanning lotion worth $100! Perfect timing because I had just run out and was planning on getting her advice on what to buy next before leaving that day.Chefs kiss, ladies! Keep it up!

I've been to many different Tanning salons over the years, but have stayed with this one for about 5 or 6 years now. I like it. It's clean and they have many levels of beds to choose from. The employees are sweet and quickly get you set up for the service you came in for. They have a variety of spa treatments including a heated body wrap, photo facial, and teeth whitening

Clean store. Friendly employees. About 5 different level tanning beds to choose between and 2 different spray tan options. Many other spa treatments available including body wraps and teeth whitening/bleaching. Monthly membership is the way to go.

My spray tan lasted awhile and I got just the shade I wanted.Life tip: if you want to pay for a one time service - say that.
