It’s almost 2022, which means New Year, new YOU! We’ve come up with a list of New Year’s resolutions that (we promise) aren’t difficult to keep, but will still help to make you your best self. 

 

1. Move Your Body Every Day

This one is simple- whether it’s a 5:00am trip to the gym, stretching or jogging, it’s super important to move your body! It’ll help increase your health and mood. 

 

2. Drink a Gallon of Water Daily

We admit, this one is slightly more challenging. A gallon of water does seem like a pretty impossible feat, but we promise it’ll be worth it! Keep a bottle of water next to your desk, or in your car and the gallon will go by quickly. It’s so, so important to stay hydrated!

3. Call a Friend at Least Once Per Week

Sometimes with our busy lives, it’s easy to forget to keep in touch with friends and family, especially the ones who live farther away. Calling a friend at least once a week will help boost your own happiness, and is a simple way to remind your friends how much you care for them. 

 

4. Volunteer

Develop a sense of community in 2022 by volunteering around your neighborhood! You’ll be helping out your neighbors AND getting to know the area you live in. It’s a win-win!

 

5. Travel Somewhere New

We think traveling is one of the best ways to reset your mind- and have fun while doing it! Whether your version of traveling is exploring a city 20 minutes from your house or visiting a foreign country, you’re bound to create adventure and memories. 

 

6. Read 6 Books for Fun

You heard us right- for fun! It doesn’t count when you’re required to read. So do some digging and discover what genres you love! Whether it’s a self-help book or a fantasy novel, books are a great way to wind down and enrich your brain.
