*Note: If your cancelation or freeze request was submitted after 4:00pm PST it will be processed 24-48 hours upon our return. Please note any submissions received on any observed holidays/weekends will not be processed until 24-48 hours upon our return. If you need immediate assistance with your inquiry and/or need your membership canceled or frozen prior to being billed for the upcoming billing cycle, we recommend that you get in touch with your home salon location for further assistance.
