Front desk staff always friendly…..problems with tanning beds not starting have gotten better…..if beds not working, should not be available for use until issue resolved….antiquated computer systems where my husband and I have to be checked in on 2 separate computers….same with their billing system…..not pleasant to pull out your credit card every time there is a problem with computer……even though we have automatic monthly billing…….overall not the staff’s fault as they are given poor tools to perform their duties- and for them we are grateful…..
